undergraduate as the trader, as to raw talent, I think there are many good
phd who could be at least as good, if no better. It might just be a culture
issue ...

limited experience, I don't feel the mindset will be that diffcult to cope
with. I did convince some MD through my performance in the summer that they
should definitely consider phd when looking for traders.

少trader第一年赚7位数第二年就被炒的？何况就算你适合干这行，也不代表大多数phd
都干得好。你MD干的好那是人家经验的积累，不代表精力体力上占优势，OK？

的还比较OK的就是这个水平.trader一般是一个组的lead,很多都是20出头的小孩.
junior level一般是学习阶段,挣多少看lead 的人品.关键是给你笔钱你能不能很快挣
到钱,如果只会算算数,或者写程序,就是市场价,如果能自己赚钱,赚多少都有可能.
trader最初几年淘汰率很高,除非公司特别好愿意培养你. |

无耻。这行里上升空间没有limit的就是trader，当然也是最难干好。

necessarily mean you can't be a trader. Yes, trading is brutal, but this is
for everyone ...
