I did some research and it seems, normally for an IB, or just for small
boutique shops, early 30's is the high end of associates. So what will
happen is that, after you graduate, you will work with/for bunch of people
who are much younger than you - if this is what you can accept, and normally
you will start at a base salary that's lower than what you are making now..
. I personally find this fact discouraging. |

发帖数: 59 | 17 一点也不晚.quant这个领域还是值得试的, 没有饱和这么一说. 只能说从2009年开始,
对人的要求高了,不像以前那么容易了. 这也是market的变化之快所决定的. 这个领域
永远没有止境, 因为人总是不满足, 想得到足够多的钱.
另外,这要看你具体做那个领域或者产品.有些工作技术性没有那么强,也许读这个学位
不值的. 如果你一年半内读完这个学位, 而且你本人也的确足够聪明,或者某一方面
很强, 应该不错. |
