My group deals a lot with database, data warehousing, data process, analysis
and reporting etc. Strong SQL skills and some programming in C#, Excel VBA
are required. Experience in data modeling and OLAP (such as MS Analysis
Service) are also very desirable. Prior experience in fixed income area is a
plus, but not required.
Business Intelligence Analyst

Description
Responsible for independently conducting quantitative analytics and complex
modeling projects. Leads efforts in development of new models, analytic
processes or system approaches. Creates documentation for all activities and
may work with technology staff in design of any system to run models
developed. Incumbents possess excellent quantitative/analytic skills and are
able to influence strategic direction, as well as develop tactical plans.
Additional Responsibilities:
Secondary Marketing Analytics
Design and prototype new analyses, reports, applications and systems
Enhancing old processes and defining new ones
Data mining and producing novel reports for management
Works closely with Trading, Best Execution and SMTG
