发帖数: 136 | 2 Based on my research, some schools waive GRE requirements to applicants with
PhD, such as NYU, Chicago and Stanford. CMU requires the old GRE record for
a PhD, you don't need to re-take the test.
As for loan, basically, you could approach to a bank to get a loan only if
you could find a U.S. cosigner. It sometimes is still a mission impossible
to most people.

green card will it be easier to get a loan? Thanks a lot for your help!

need a cosigner as long as you have good credit.
