I think if you are top 2% performance, it will even do EB1b, instead
of EB2.
previously, most of the team leader and managers were sponsored
through EB1b.

Seriously, I need to make a decision very soon. Seems to me the advantage of
going to Bloomberg is GC. Any insider's opinion?

to know the game...
To delay your GC, bloomberg usually will give you bad performance review.
The bad review is not linked to your real performance, but is actually a
derived decision from the fact that your manager doesn't want you start GC.
Then, according to their policy, bad performers can't start GC.
If you work like a dog and your boss likes you, congratulations! you will
start your EB3...
That's all about it.
