on 发帖数: 199 | 1 A friend mentioned that job security at a pension fund is far better than
other types of asset managers... how much truth is that?
Got an offer from one. the pay and upside seem mediocre, but I would
seriously consider it if the job security is indeed better.
Any comments/thoughts? Thanks. |

f**********o 发帖数: 86 | 3 Which pension fund? I can tell you more |
on 发帖数: 199 | 4 It's a research analyst. Not much upside, to be honest. that is why I wonder
if job security is better and worth it. My current one has a potential big
upside, well, also a big downside (losing the job quickly)

s*******n 发帖数: 631 | 5 As far as I know,the biggest upside of a research analyst
is the road leading to the portfolio manager.
But it really depends on the situation and cultrue
of the company. So,I believe you really have to
consider what pension funds you are going to.
wonder
big
