It's the poors. The argument about they being cheated, to me, is absurd.
Nobody except themselves (the poors) should be responsible for their own
finance. Whether they are cheated is irrelevant here. If somebody tells you
that killing people is legit, are you going to do it?
Do you know how many people don't pay a penny in tax? Why should this MANY
people have rights to enjoy benefits but NO liabilities to serve the
community? And what system is this that cultivates so many irresponsible,
lazy people who knows nothing but consume?

享受着各种福利，上的那点税全能退回去。 光接生费一项就能把医院搞倒闭。
当然主要怪美国的福利制度。
