这种小buy side经常会外包自己的middle/back office
导致前台占得比例非常大，中后台相对很弱势
很多讲中后台多弱，多悲催的言论都是以这类小公司做例子的

我也听说有基金把美国的研究部门整个裁掉，放到中国、印度去。反而是做数据处理的
位置更稳固，因为交易员离不开他们。
