I heard that their offer (for entry-level quant) contains only a base and a pretty low sign-on bonus, with no other "guaranteed" bonus part. I guess most trading firms are like this (although the actual bonus at the end could be substantial)?
Is it true that hedge funds generally give a higher sign-on bonus and guaranteed bonus?

只是我也听过有150k base+50k sign-on+50k guarantee的entry-level offer
毕竟expected bonus是空头支票,有点保障性的总是好事
不知道现在hedge funds/trading firms一般标准是什么样

team which is not involved in any trading activities.
