有什么不同 ?
And their ave size is not large ~50 employes.
It seems that they have similar ( > 50% ) requirements for developers and
quant.

of hedge funds as option values for its managers, the higher the volatility,
the higher the option value, even though the mean can be zero or negative.
Since hft is typically not capital constrained, it makes almost NO sense to
have a hedge fund that mainly focuses on hft.

for banks except shareholders). Investment banks don't "invest"
hedge fund and prop trading can vary depends on AUM and style. They can
employ 10 to 2000+ ppl.
Small funds usually don't sponsor H1B.
