f qualified phds for their quant positions. the pay of course is very compet
itive.

发帖数: 2401 | 13 可以先接个quant offer先进去嘛，以后有机会转换部门的。然后抓紧点学习C++，内部
转到high frequency应该不算太难吧。现在HFT要求很高，没有实际经验很难拿offer，
曲线救国不失为一种可行的方法。

所能提供的 quant 空坑是极其有限的。
quant 这行当的职位还主要靠 sellside.
