很多，大概就是GS的package not competitive for new hire. they expect you to
stay for more than just a couple of years, and if you can really excel in
performance you will get decent pay eventually.....
这对我真没啥吸引力。bonus-wise, who cares, we are not traders.
BOA好像是街上仅有的第一年就绿卡的吧。 |

列头的一个作用就是尽量降低你对package要求，这样可以尽量的让你接受offer。

司有什么比较。
gs package for new hire低是个fact,听无数猎头说过了。

低，跳槽的时候都被猎头和新东家打压的很厉害。劣势明显。
当然，如果你相信GS平均工资60万美元，你不去GS只会提高他们的平均工资哦。
