the level of a senior researcher? kind of curious.

只升不降。更多的是高不成低不就，忽悠创业几年都不见成效，或者失业几年的也不少
见。
以前有几个华人MD，事业得意的时候很是张扬，到处露脸演讲开会啥的，被踢下台后，
销声匿迹不知所终。 |

researchers at that time? Any chance a senior researcher would also work as
PM at Citadel? My girlfriend is going to talk to an Indian guy over there, a
bit concerned because Indians are hard on Chinese.

side. most are chinese AND most of most are from peking univ as Peng is from
there too:)
and GFI research belongs to IT so lots of indian...

司，大部分人不多，专门做hft。之所以叫prop shop，是因为都是自己的资金，没有客户
还有很多投行还在做prop trading的，只不过规模和形式都不一样了。market making
一样可以take risk的
