The fund's performance has been very good. Now my internal
title is senior analyst and Portfolio Manager. However my name is
not listed in the SEC quarterly filing. I wonder if anyone has
similar experience and help me out here. How and what can
I talk to the lead PM about get me to be a co-PM officially?
BTW I am doing all the research and about half of PM/trading/operations work
for the funds. The lead PM doesn't have his own strats,as you all may know.
I know sometimes this kind of negotiation can be tricky.
But any advice would be much appreciated. |

发帖数: 1757 | 3 you need to evaluate what leverage you have over the lead PM and what
leverage he has over you.
What does your employment agreement say about non-compete, non-disparagement
and prohibitions on your use/disclosure of the investment performance
record of the fund? what is your self-evaluation of your marketability as an
analyst and/or as a portfolio manager? Have you tested the market yet? What
would the lead PM do if you leave the fund? Does he think he can replace
you easily without having the fund's performance suffer?
