DC MARRIAGE X390 (DC AGENDA) | ADVOCATE.COM
Marriage equality foes were dealt a blow Thursday morning — the DC Court of
Appeals ruled against allowing an initiative on the ballot to invalidate
same-sex marriages entered into in the District.
