財政吃緊的時候就又會出來取消這個優惠。

应该没有上限全部取消.
NY 最恶心的是NYC income tax,就是抢钱啊.

240元左右)都不收税.这些年,经济这么差劲,也许一律都收税也未尝不可能.
当然,那些没有销售税的州里面,买衣服自然也没有税了. |

under $50 is repealed. The general sales tax rate of 6.35% applies to most
sales of clothing and footwear.
A tax rate of 7% applies to the sale for more than $1,000 of an article of
clothing or footwear intended to be worn on or about the human body, a
handbag, luggage, umbrella, wallet or watch.
Please note: There is a one-week exclusion every year for clothing and
footwear costing less than $300 per item. The $300 exclusion week for
clothing and footwear is from the third Sunday in August through the
