However, in business world, material information is considered to be something
that's related to stock price changes, takeover, etc..
If you disclose some material non-public information that you got either as an
insider or from fiduciary duties, you will be in trouble.
But here I think you america should be closer since it doesn't mean anything
important relating to material disclosure. I think it just means the involving |
