yet. There's a book called "Tolkien Treasury". I spent a short moment
flipping it in a bookstore and bought a bookmark afterwards to show my
appreciation. The book, even on sale, was really expensive! It nevertheless
includes two reviews that turned out very interesting, partly becoz of the
reviewers themselves. One is by W. H. Auden, full of warm praise. Another is

lots of star war fans recommand "Dune" as the-book-to-read as well! Looks
like it was enjoyed by both fans.
"Dune" also has a big fan fiction community. or should i say it's another
big fandom...

i dont like star war, once fell asleep during watching the movie..
lynny, pls recommend some fanfic of lotr if you know any fine reasonable one.

i once stumbled upon another site. got mentally disturbed. :P
what i like about star war fanfics is that they have a very tight community on
theforce.net and
mentor each other with a system called 'apprenticeship'. the mentor is called
the master while the apprentice is called p

referred me to this site. there are actually R and NC rated ones. i
understand your being disturbed by some writing. lol. some sort once scared
me out of my wits. you might want to try "leaf storm - a tale of
middle-earth". it is romance/adventure; the writing is pretty good except
romance part; and luckily the love story didn't take place many chapters
after. this is the only fanfic i read so far, haven't gather
