发帖数: 126 | 1 I am on H1-B visa and I-140(EB-2, priority date 10/2008) is approved. Now my
employer(in Cleveland, OH) wants to expat me back to Shanghai for a couple
of years in Shanghai, up to 3 years. My questions are:
1. I can keep my H1-B visa as long as the payroll is processed in US? right?
2. If I submit I-485, can I still use H1-B visa to enter US?
Like my case, what other concerns (related to immigration) do I need to take
into consideration? | w***e

你还没递485，离开美国没啥关系，只要能用h1回来，最好还是找公司律师确认下。不
过在国内呆半年以上就要交国内的税吧，这点我不确定。 | g******u
