and marketing of power management and e-commerce ICs for the Communications,

POSITION: Director of Engineering,
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Conceive and architect effective and functional products for vehicle OEM's
-Encourage and motivate the product development team and supply chain to
meet both cost and schedule.
-Implement total systems approach for design, development, and production.
-Ensure product will be successful in the market by meeting or exceeding
company and customer requirements.
-Schedule product development meetings with key OEM decision makers to
clearly understand market needs and requirements.
-Use knowledge gained to define/refine product specifications then develop
technology and concepts to satisfy/exceed requirements.
-Manage development teams, schedules, design reviews, to realize new
products that match or exceed OEM expectations.
-Ensure products are design and fully qualified to International Regulatory
requirements; especially ISO 16949 and AEC-Q100.
-Find and develop a closely coordinated team of subcontractors to aid in
product development and manufacturing. Including external verification/
qualification laboratories - when needed.
-Instill discipline and Six Sigma skills into the development and
manufacturing teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-BSEE/MSEE or equivalent
-10+ years of Automotive Power Train experience.
-Power/Battery management systems and Battery chemistry knowledge.
-Automotive Engineering management requirements.
-Good communication/people skills to maintain internal and external
relationships
-Budgeting and resource management/balancing skills
-Quality program experience, especially production optimization capabilities
-FLUENT IN CHINESE MANDARIN + NATIVE ENGLISH

Center Sales Director
The Center Sales Director is responsible for the Center Sales Performance
and Team Management, Recruiting and Training and Cooperation with Center
Operations Director and Center Operations Team.
The specific responsibilities of the Center Sales Director are as follows:
Center Sales Performance and Team Management
? Targets and Sales Performance: take active role in annual, quarterly
and monthly target setting for revenue, refund rate and funnel rate; ensure
center team hits target on annual, quarterly and monthly basis.
? Policies and Procedures: take active role in the formation of sales
standard policies and procedures and ensure the implementation of national
standards within center.
? Team Motivation and Coaching: acknowledge both individual and team
achievement and set up and conduct regular recognition and award system;
work with Regional Sales Director to organize and coordinate monthly awards
ceremony and semi-annual or quarterly team building activities; perform
regular team building activities for center sales team.
? Direct Subordinate Management: mentor, personally coach and motivate
each direct subordinate and provide clear career development opportunities
to each; supervise recruiting, onboarding and exit process.
? Center Auditing: perform daily, weekly and monthly monitoring on sales
performance against KPI targets and capture progress in regular and standard
reports to Regional Sales Director; immediately identify problem areas and
provide action plans to address these areas; maintain active role in
implementing these solutions.
Recruiting and Training
? Project hiring needs based on growth and staff turnover and work with
recruiting department to ensure supply of candidates; interview and recruit
candidates, and supervise all on-boarding process.
? Nominate and support CCs and Supervisors for promotion and training
focused on skill development and management abilities.
Cooperation with Center Operations Director and Center Operations Team
? Cooperate with Center Operation Director and Operations Team in support
of center operating targets and to ensure a seamless and satisfying
customer experience.
? Support and help coordinate the Center Monthly All Hand Meeting for all
staff in the Center. |
