Tronxyz is a brand new glasses-free 3D Solutions company in China. Its
glasses-free 3D products will sell to North America , Europe, Asia etc. As
we plan to set up US office in Sep , we are now looking for the candidates
of Sales Director/Marketing Mgr or Director/Admin Assistant in North
California around the Silicon Valley area, wish the candidate can be onboard
in Oct 2014 .
Our CEO will come to US office start the business and can reserve time to
interview the candidates.
About Tronxyz
Tronxyz is a company focused on the product development of comprehensive
glasses-free 3D technology solutions. Due to recognition of its unique and
innovative technology in China, Tronxyz has gained an extensive network of
industry alliances with leading companies involved with LCD panel production
, laptop computer and consumer electronic production, chip design and
manufacturing, software vendors, content providers, and internet platforms.
In 2010, its group company(SuperD3D ) achieved a major milestone by having
its technology adopted for the production of laptop computers by major brand
-name consumer electronics companies.
Director of Sales (North America)
• Job Description:
– Responsible for overall product sales in the US and Canada (North
America)
– Responsible of sales management activities, including sales strategic
planning (sales forecast, sales strategies and tactics, organization and
resource planning, and budgeting)
– Responsible for sales operation management, including price
management, demand/supply management, channel development and management,
operator account development and relationship management, distribution
account management, retail management, and e-commerce sales management.
– Develop and motivate the sales team (long-term)
• Qualification:
– University graduate, MBA preferred
– At least 10 years of sales experiences in mobile industry with sales
executive management role
– Sales Management, Channel management, Retail Management, and online
sales Management capability
– Familiar with main operators in North America.
– Strategic marketing thinking and capable in deal/sales negotiation
– Entrepreneur spirit, outgoing, good communication skills, and strong
will with fighting spirit
– Experience in startup setting preferred
– Fluency in English, Mandarin speaking ability a plus.
Mgr/Director of Marketing and PR
• Job Description:
– Responsible for overall corporate and product marketing in North
America
– Development and implementation of the Brand strategy
– Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products
– Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including
campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
– Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet
their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools,
materials and presentations
– Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team.
– Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the
marketing team.
– Work closely with product management team to define marketing
materials and programs.
– Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social
media reputation and recognition.
– Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for
the organization.
– Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer
trends
• Qualification:
– University graduate, Masters or MBA preferred
– At least 8 years of marketing experience in the tech industry
– Proven track record in brand management, product marketing, PR,
strategic market thinking, marketing event management, and social media
management.
– Entrepreneur spirit, outgoing, good communication skills, self
starter, able to work with multinational team, and strong will, and strong
sense of personal responsibility.
– Experience in startup setting preferred.
– Fluency in English, Mandarin speaking ability a plus.
Administrative Assistant
• Job Description:
– Assist with day-to-day HR & administrative tasks of US sales office
for operations management team.
– Management of daily office duties including front desk, answering
phones, arranging conference and showroom schedules, scheduling meetings and
business travel, managing office supplies, etc. to keep US office
functioning smoothly.
– Supporting sales and marketing team with meeting minutes, document
preparation and management, and other various tasks.
– Supporting sales and marketing team for marketing events.
– Arranging and managing team building activities and other office
events.
– Other task assigned by Supervisor.
• Qualification:
– University graduate.
– At least 3 years of work experience in the tech industry.
– Entrepreneurial spirit, outgoing, good communication skills, self
starter, able to work with multinational team, and strong will, and strong
sense of personal responsibility.
– Experience in startup setting preferred.
– Fluency in English, Mandarin speaking ability a plus.
