至日欧美地区。无锡公司有native的美国总监常驻，希望能招到留美的海归。薪水处在
无锡当地的外资中高水平。该公司在美国michigan也有分公司，有机会来美国出差的。
各人感觉，比较适合fresh的海归，小公司有机会学到很多，从原材料到产品出口，从
设计到生产工艺，这在大型公司可能性很小，如果你是机械专业又有志以后自己创业，
小公司是你的不二选择。
无锡在长三角，怎么也算是二线城市排名靠前的，山好水好，每天上下班的commuting
时间比起上海北京要少很多了，房价差不多是上海的四分之一至五分之一。等积累几年
经验，以后在长三角relocate也很方便。

1）机械或者相关专业大学以上学历；
University degree in mechanical Engineering or related;
2）熟练操作AUTOCAD、Pro/E、UG、Solidworks等软件，有Ansys等FEA操作技能者更佳
Familiar with AUTOCAD Pro/E, UG, and Solidworks software, FEA operation

3）熟练掌握锻造、铸造、冲压等产品的制造工艺，懂轴承设计尤佳

5、工作内容：Job Description
1）根据客户要求，负责从概念转化为产品的机械设计
Responsible for the design based on customer’s requirement from conception
to release to production
2）在项目开发阶段，对项目进行设计确认及完成产品的报价, 并协助在谈判过程中给
予支持性的数据。
Confirm the design and finish the quotation on developing stage, and assist
in negotiate process by giving supportive data.
3）在项目实施阶段，负责首样的制作确认及量产的风险评估
Responsible for providing the risk assessment of first sample and mass
productionon production stage.
4）生产中提供相关的技术支持，对开发过程中发现的技术问题及时采取整改措施；
