who changed her visa from F2 to F1 in USA. She said
interview wasn't waived, but it's very easy to get the
visa, maybe just in one minute. She has financial support
from Chemistry department, which ranks about 40-50. And so
did another guy prior to her in visaapplication queue whose
major is CS, F2->f1 too.
By the way, I think you can never be the first one in this
situation. The problem is those who already did it don't
