发帖数: 10 | 1 J-2 can be changed to F-1, but only via consulate outside
U.S., usually it's impossible to change j-2 to F-1 via
filing application to Immigration Center in States.
In addition, F-1 with history of J-2 can't apply for H-1
without J-1 waiver. So, it's not a good way to come to
States with J-2 when she decide to devorce with her husband. |
