Can some one help to clarify whether a short visit to Canada/Mexico (3 days)
will result in the issue of a new I-94 (with extension of stay) at the
point of re-entrance to US for a multiple-entry B2 visa holder?
Some people told me it is not possible; some told me the stay in Canada/
Mexico has to be longer than 30 days; some told me the entrance to Canada/
Mexico has to be through Air, not ground.
Any experience or information is highly appreciated! |
