期了，又点担心，妈妈的i-94还有几天就expire了，因为身体不适，4月底入急症查出
kidney infection, 所以申请extension.请问延期过的XDJM知道这么久支票没有入账，
正常吗？ |

call the National Help Center hotline or the local service center to ask
them? Good luck!

ONE I-539 form with supplemental schedule. How about the fee? Whether I
should include two checks in total $600 or just one check $300? Thank you.

发帖数: 13571 | 5 According to the Form I-539 instructions http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-539instr.pdf, you only need to pay $300 for both of your parents, since one of them will be included as co-applicant in the application.
On page 7 and 8 you can find detailed info about fee and how to check to
make sure of the correct amount. Please double check since I don't want to
mislead you.
