It says that, onthe I-539 instruction, "any document containing a foreign
launguage submiited to USCIS shall be accomapnied by a full English language
translation and by the translator's certification that he or she is
competent to translate from teh foreign language into English". What
documents can be used as "the translator's certification"? | G******i
