California Service Center, but the website
said the USCIS usually mail the receipt within one month. however my mom's
I94 will expire 2 weeks later.
what if i haven't got the receipt then? can i use e-filing ? please give me

星期内收到。但是他们做决定肯定是在你妈过期之后了，肯定要改机票的 |

application 2 days ago. i wish i could receive the receipt before my mom's
I94 expires on Nov 9. i still have 2 more questions:
if i don't receive the receipt by Nov 9, does my mom have to leave on or
before that day?
if i don't receive the receipt in 2 weeks, can i e-file then but i already
mailed out the application. i heard immigration doesn't want us to file the
same application twice. and what about the payment? i a |

你既然已经邮寄申请了，还e-file个什么呀？别人当然不允许你重复申请了，要不然不
都乱了套了？
收到他们的决定通知之前都不用离开
如果延期被拒，就要尽快离开。究竟要多快，也还不清楚。哪位大侠知道吱一声吧。 |
