visa have already expired. I received citizenship this year and have applied
the green card for them which are still pending.
They have valid Chinese passport.
I am planning to take them to visit Orlando, Florida by airplane.
Will my parents have trouble boarding the airplane? Will the airplane staff
look at the Visa status or they just look at the passport?

你怎么不问万一你开车被警察拦了，会不会查你车上人的证件而把你父母抓住遣返呢？

发帖数: 859 | 4 据说公民给黑下来的父母可以申请绿卡而且移民局对此不追究。你已经给他们申请了绿
卡，pending这段期间是被看作合法居留的。我个人觉得在美国境内旅行也算合法，不
过不放心的话，再稍微等等吧。我听说有人父母3个月不到就拿到绿卡了。
