I hear a rule says if no rejection record within 2 year, the application
will be consider No rejection and give appointment time for first time
application. it is true?
Now for filling DS160 form, is it still need need write "YES" for refuse

does any body have a similar case? and get appointment time for NEW
application section or REjection section?
OR, for the current, does not matter rejection history, all application have
same
choice?
