of marital status (单身声明公证, i.e. single, eligible to marry another
person of another non-U.S. country)?
Besides Chinese passport and the G-1 form, what other coduments are required
? Does the applicant have to prepare/write the declaration himself/herself
for the Consulate to sign?

发帖数: 348 | 2 我三四年前是这么办的：先去local找个公证员(随便找个银行就行)，在他面前在单身
证明上签字，然后去county, 签字，然后寄到州务卿的office，签字，人家再给寄回来
。然后再寄去中国领事馆，前前后后一共一个半月。不知道现在情况怎么样，翻翻精华
区吧。我老公当时在另一个国家的首都，他就跑去中国大使馆，人家有模板的，让他签
字，然后使馆盖章就完了，半小时搞定，把我羡慕的。。。
