stored eletronically in airline's database. When you check in, you give them
your valid ID and they will be able to confirm your booking.It doesn't
matter what language they show you on the computer screen.
You can book directly from airlines' websites. Also you can look at this
website

submit a form and you get replies with price quote from agents. just compare
the quotes and the price on airlines' website. then decide to where to buy.
it could be cheaper booking from agents in China, saves you 20-30 bucks. but
if you will need figure out a way to pay them. either western union or bank
transfer in China.
If you buy from agents in US, you pay by check or bank transfer. normally
credit card is not accepted for tickets from China. you can use credit card
if you pay 3-4% surcharge.
If you book from airlines' website, credit card is accepted.
