怎么操作的啊？ 需要申请taxpayer id first吗？id申请好像还挺复杂的，要看一个
training，take quiz blahblah的，是这样吗？有人操作过吗？

Fill up a W7 form to apply for tax id for your parents (each one should have
their own tax id) when you file your 1040 next year. Include your parents
as depends on your 1040. Put all the forms in the same envelop so they can
be processed together.
They have to be in US in 2011 for at lest 183 days.
