indicate that you are currently employed (which should show your job title, your salary, and a brief description of your company); purpose 2 is to indicate that the employment relationship continues to exist (i.e., a long-term employment relationship). The paystubs would prove that you are currently employed but would not prove that the employment relationship continues to exist for the long term.
I applied for my last H1B visa 4 years ago. I was asked to show the employer's
letter but not the paystubs (although I had the paystubs with me.) By the way, I requested and obtained the employer's letter from our company's HR department. My company is a large company. |
