I am attaching transfer directions for you folks in English and Mandarin
that should be very helpful. There are translation services available as
they go through customs and immigration. Please also have your folks have
their connecting itinerary and local contact numbers on them in English in
case they need them.
There are many helpful people along the way and your parents will make the
transfer just fine, as do thousands of non-English speaking passengers every
day.
