基本情况：
独生女，来美3年多，09年底10年初回去过一次
父母均退休，有退休金，但是不高，没来过美国
请大家帮忙看看邀请信写成这个样子行不，貌似有点长，但是我也不知道哪些部分该去
掉了，我觉得都是有用信息。。。。不知道还有些啥需要注意的或者是该强调的？请大
家多提宝贵意见！谢谢先~
Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is XXX. I'm writing on behalf of my parents, XXX and XXX, to apply
for the B-2 visa so that they can visit me from this March to May, to attend
my wedding and commencement ceremony.
I currently hold F-1 visa with OPT EAD and will start working at XXX on XXX,
2012. I obtained my Master's Degree from XXX University in Dec 2011, and
the commencement ceremony will be held on XXX. My wedding ceremony will be
held on XXX. These days are very important and special time in my life, and
I do wish my parents, who have played an important role during my growth and
finally make these events possible, could attend these ceremonies with me.
I would have so much to share with them during those special moments.
My parents have never been to US before, so I think this is also a very good
opportunity for them to visit US and have a glance of our life in US. I
plan to tour them around XXX, where I have studied and lived for years, to
XXX, where my fiancé and I will live and work in the near future, to DC,
the capital of US. My parents will pay the flights between China and US by
themselves, and my fiancé and I will cover their accommodation and travel
expense in US.
After my commencement, my parents will go back to China. Though they are
both retired, they have stable retired incoming and health insurance. My
mother has invested on stocks for years, and makes profits from that too.
They have their own apartment in my hometown. All their relatives and
friends are in China. They don't know anyone in US, except me and my fiancé
. Moreover, they can't speak English at all. They must go back to China.
Again, I greatly appreciate your taking time to process their application.

发帖数: 426 | 3 谢谢指点，我仔细看过那些帖子里面提到的问题了，可是觉得我家的情况就是各种硬伤
的总和呀。。。把那些都去掉不提，就实在没可写的了。。。
我重新写了一版，能帮忙看看么？
主要的改动是
1）我把原来单写的一段带父母去旅游的内容去掉了，就提了一句会去旅游。我是希望
父母能过来2～3个月，不过我的婚礼和毕业典礼安排的时间差只有2个星期，这样的话
我是说希望父母来参加婚礼和毕业典礼顺便旅游的好，还是干脆把信里面的婚期改个时
间，比如说说婚期在四月初，毕业典礼在5月中旬，这样不用提旅游时间也差不多了？
反正婚礼的时间都是我说，这个vo没法查吧。。。。
2）关于父母的情况，把比较忌讳的和说了也没用的诸如退休呀，不会英文啊，家人都
在国内之类的都去掉，我实在是想不到还有啥可说的了。。。想了半天只写了个他们在
炒股，需要回去买卖股票。。别的啥都不提，就提这一个理由会显得突兀么？另外就是
我说他们需要回去验收新房，这个的实际验收时间合同上写的是明年中，放在这里会不
会很牵强？
