If there is someone challenge it from the point view of constitution, what
would be the possible outcome? In the past, many laws were removed after
the court ruled they were against constitution. |

宪法是对美国公民的。214(b)是对外国人的。任何外国人没有进入美国的权利。

personally don't have much knowledge of US constitution except I know the
fact that many laws were trashed after court rules they were against US
constitution.
The right of people from other country entering US is one thing. But I
think the key point here is if someone can challenge the assumption of
immigration intent in court and win the case. Beside population of US
citizen from Chinese origin, I guess there also need someone really
understand the US constitution / its impact on other laws and willing to
fight for removal of 214(b) if there is good chance.

going on now at Supre Court in the election year, Obamacare,
Arizona immigration law, and at a Florida court, Trayvon Martin
shooting case. All politics.
