My mom has this issue. Both of them got the visa in 2010. However my dad did
not come and my mom came and extended her visa. Two weeks ago I submitted
documents via drop off service for my mom and my dad. My dad has no problem
to get the visa and but my mom needed to fax in additional information and
does not need to go to the embassy.
