Dear Immigration Officer,
This letter is to confirm my invitation to my father:xxx and my mother:
xxx, to visit me in the United States for half a year from xxx to xxx.
During their visit, they will stay in my apartment. I will afford their
expenses including the round trip airfare to the U.S.A. and some of their
personal expenses. In addition to this, they will also bear part of the
expenses in the U.S.A.
I am a graduate student in xxx university. I am receiving and will
continue to receive stipend supports ($xxx per year plus tuition and medical
insurance) from my department for the duration of the studies.
Considering my parents still have properties, family and other relatives
in China, their visit will last for no more than half a year. I already
bought the returned ticket for them. They will leave the country on xxx.
My parents could not speak English, thus it will be highly appreciated
if you
could have someone who speak Chinese communicate with them once you have any
question. At the same time I could be reached via phone xxx any time at
your convenience.
I will really appreciate it if you could make a favorable decision

一些老人单独带小孩登机和入关被盘查和拒绝登机。有备无误。
