我们的情况：我是h1b, 我老婆是h4。她妈妈是过来帮她坐月子。她妹妹还在上大学，
国庆节过来玩几天就回去。这是letter，请大家多给点意见，谢谢了！

To Whom It May Concern:
I am ***. I am currently on H4 visa and my husband, ***, is on H1B working
at *** as a software engineer. My husband and I are inviting my mother and
my sister to visit us at California.
They plan to visit U.S. in October. My mom will stay here for 3 months.
However, my sister will stay here for 10 days, since she is still
undergraduate and taking the National Day break to visit us. During their
visit, we plan to visit San Francisco, Yosemite National Park, and Lake
Tahoe.
My mother will return to China by the end of December, since my father is
doing his business in Beijing and they do not want to be separated too long.
Also my mother want go back earlier to prepare for the Chinese Spring
Festival, as you know, which is very important for Chinese people. As
mentioned above, my sister will stay here very short since she need go back
to college after the National Day break.
I would really appreciate it if you could grant the visa for their visit.
