发帖数: 252 | 1 我个人情况：J2，有EAD，做兼职，老公J1博后，DS2019写的是两年，明年6月底到期。
我现在怀孕中，12月预产期，想请父母过来帮忙，呆半年，过几天去签证。当然，小孩
的事我们不会提。
父母情况：都退休，妈妈有自己的理发店，每天忙得不亦乐乎，爸爸前年中风后现在身
体恢复还行，就是说话还有差距，不急的话能表达自己。俩人存款不多，几万块钱，房
子是政府的经济租赁房，所以没有正式房产。每月退休金加一起4000多块，基本用不上
，因为我妈理发店的收入完全够他俩日常生活。
请问，填DS160表时，他俩我都选的退休，但是想想国内牢固约束力这块，面签时是不
是说我妈有自己的店面做理发这项比较好？那160还需要改成self-employed吗？还有另
一方面，据说美国这块华人做理发的都挺挣钱的，那我妈这个职业会不会是敏感职业啊
？可是如果不提的话，似乎真没什么可信的牢固约束力了。

Dear Visa Officer,
Thank you for taking time to process my parents' visa application. I hope
this letter could be helpful in this process.
I came to U.S. with my husband in July, 2011. He is a postdoc doing 2-year
research project at **Univ.
My father was retired in Dec.,2010, while my mother was retired a few years
earlier. Then she started her own business, working as a barber. Most of her
routine customers are their neighbors. They always talk about the
interesting things happening in the neighborhood while the customers are
waiting to be served. In the meantime, my father loves to play Chinese chess
with this friends. Sometimes he wins, sometimes he loses. By the way, my
mom also owns a "little garden" in their house. It costs most of her spare
time to take care of the flowers. They really enjoy their retired daily life
there.
Since my husband and I will go back to China in June, 2013. I sincerely
would like to invite my parents to visit us. With this opportunity, I can
show them around to see what's the world like outside China. There're many
gorgeous national parks around here(**city). As we all know, there're
several big hollidays coming around, we plan to go to Yosemitte National
Park and Yellowstone National Park, as well as **city and **city during
Thanksgiving and Christmas holliday. Then they'll go back to China after the
traditional Chinese Festival. After all, my mom has her own business and
the flowers waiting for her, and my dad will definitely miss his chess-mate.
