However, it seemed that I had the same problem. I am using a phone card
from 163talk for the connection to the above number. Could this be a problem?

推荐google voice,加个10刀，以前好像1年内加的钱可以退，你可以看看，
如果是的，打完电话后再直接让google退钱到你信用卡，你自己查查。
