or she has a residence abroad which he or she has no intention of abandoning
. Service records indicate that the applicants have spent approximately six
months in the US in 2011 and approximately eight months in the US in 2012.
Provide evidence of the applicants's residence in a foreign country and
their reasons to return to that residence by submitting the following and
any other evidence the applicants feel will support their claim:
Proof of residence abroad and independent business (这后一项是因为在申请信
