很难被批准？具体问题有：

10 I have submitted a visa petition to USCIS on behalf of the following
person. Name of person, relationship, date submitted[我现在填的是 自己的名字
，self, 485递交日期]
3。 我现在的I－539是以我妈作为applicant填的，但explanation letter又是以我的
名义写的。这样是不是会有问题？
