random. Hereby domestic is for things like 申请B2延期 in the US, and foreign
is for things like visa applications of your parents in China. |

政府给的那部分用完了, 就不给大多数人签证了

when your 同事父母延期被搁置了近4个月. It's more of the pattern proposed for
the 2011 shutdown that was eventually avoided -- that visa application/
extension won't be stopped as long as fund is available.

辟谣. I believe the 微博辟谣 was made by the US Embassy on Sina 微博, which
is just for the case of visa applications in China. What about B2 visa
extensions in the US? I think they are different scenarios, in terms of fund
sources and staff salaries and so on. |
