俺7.17号提交的父母B2延期 网上还在 initial review，很有可能是Vermont center在

Initial Review
On July 17, 2013, we received the filing fee for this I539 APPLICATION TO
EXTEND OR CHANGE NONIMMIGRANT STATUS. The case is now properly filed. We
mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow
any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a
decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move
while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to
update your case with your new address or contact our customer service
center at 1-800-375-5283.
During this step, USCIS initiates the background checks of the applicant/
petitioner and identifies issues that may need to be addressed either during
an interview or by asking the applicant/petitioner to submit additional
information or documentation. USCIS reviews the applicant's/petitioner's
criminal history, determines if there are national security concerns that
need to be addressed, and reviews the application/petition for fraud
indicators.

review, 父母第一次来美国。
1. 可以给vermont center打电话询问吗？或批准，或不批准，或要补充材料，给个消
息啊？
2. I-94 已经过期，机票买的是明年3.19号回国的，现在是不是继续等比较好？
求建议，该咋办？ |

北京一次签证过，没有延过期。
I-94已经过期，不管了，随便吧。。。。 |
