The extension of my parents' visas were sent out almost 2 and half months
ago and they are still in processing. We got the confirmation letters back.
Now my parents' I-94 has expired (expired on Oct 4th) and the dates of
departing are approaching (in a about week).
My question is if they can leave the US before getting the results of
extension application? If they leave without denied or approved letters at
this time, would it hurt their credits of applying future visas?
I've searched USCIS website, but could not find answers....

情况更差。
我猜想你主要犹豫的是机票改期问题。如果不是的话，不如一直等下去，反正决定下来
前身份都是合法的。 |
