海关的表还是要填的吧？谁有比较新的表或者link吗?

To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter to help facilitate my parents’ entry into
the United States. My parents, xxx and yyy, are visiting my family on their
B-2 visas. Since my parents do not speak English, I am kindly asking your
patience and help during their CBP inspection process at the port of entry.
The primary purpose of my parents’ visit is to spend time with my
family at ZZZ, and some travel. I kindly request that they will allowed to
stay in the US for six months so that they can spend holiday ABC and holiday
DEF with us, it will be a very exciting and memorable experience for them
since this is their first/second/third/xxx trip to the US. They will be
returning back to China after this visit and round-trip air ticket have been
booked for them.
