麦田守望者乐队，是现今北京新一代摇滚群体中具有未来意识的、
风格独特的一支乐队(带有很浓英式吉它的朋克乐队)，也是被许多业内
人士称为：能生产一种真正具有青春期气质音乐的乐队。它由主唱肖玮、
吉它手刘恩、贝司手大乐和鼓手苏阳组成。1994年圣诞节，乐队在北京
“轩豪夜总会”舞台上的首次公开亮相，宣告了他们音乐生涯的开始。
这是一个富有文学色彩的名字：麦田守望者。这名字的灵感来自于
他们大家都喜欢的美国作家赛林格的同名畅销小说(《Catcher in the
Rye》)。大家知道，这本书是美国六十年代非主流文化的先声。麦田，
在书中被用来象征少年人的欢乐园，可隐藏、可嬉戏、可贴紧大地、可
沐浴阳光。对一个热爱捣蛋的少年来说，成长的过程是烦恼的。因此，
麦田里面要一个守望者，它能看护着，以防其跌落深渊。这种少年稚气， | g*******a
