我的理解阿
15 miles是个起步。
3miles 5 days. 也是据说kenneth cooper 推荐的为了健康的基本强度。
如果多于15.就说明不只是为健康考量。(也可能要减肥?).hoho
15miles - 30miles
可以说是入门了。
跑步成为习惯。有点乐趣.
参加一些5K/10K .可能目标是half or full
30-45miles
就是比较认真的runner了。
这些人往往也有些cross training.
这个mileage 也变化很多。看个人。可能准备马拉松就加上去。
45-55miles
一般是marathoner初级。这个也是比较容易受伤的地带.
我觉得55miles以上
就有点变态。或者专业runner :)
